Beijing, November 25th—Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Jesús Seade, newly-appointed Mexican Ambassador to China.

Speaking positively of China-Mexico relations, Shen expressed that the CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the main political parties of Mexico, and promote continuous development of China-Mexico comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era. Shen introduced the spirit of the sixth plenary session of 19th CPC Central Committee and emphasized that the session will greatly help the Party build a broader consensus and stronger unity in will and action among all Party members, unite the　Chinese people of all ethnic groups around the country to learn from history and create a bright future, as well as uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

Seade congratulated the CPC on its 100th anniversary and the successful convening of the sixth plenary session of 19th CPC Central Committee. Seade added that he will actively promote exchanges and communication between political parties of both countries to lay a solid political foundation to consolidate and deepen cooperation between Mexico and China in various fields.
