Beijing, December 28th--Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held here on the afternoon a video call with Dmitry Novikov, Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee and First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the Russian State Duma.

Speaking positively of the great achievements in the relations between the two parties and the two countries, Qian expressed the CPC’s willingness to continuously deepen friendly exchanges with the CPRF, implement the strategic consensus reached by the two heads of state, and actively contribute to in-depth and tangible progress in China-Russia relations in the new era and benefit the two peoples.

Novikov highly commended the historic significance of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and praised the brilliant achievements during the CPC’s century-long struggle. He said the CPRF is willing to strengthen exchanges of experience with the CPC on state governance and administration and push for in-depth development of relations between the two parties and the two countries.
