Beijing, January 18th－Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video talk here today with Jimson Tanangada, President of OUR Party of Solomon Islands.

Guo spoke positively of the significance of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Solomon Islands, and particularly briefed on the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He expressed, the CPC is willing to deepen exchange of ideas with OUR Party, jointly implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, and promote sustainable, stable and healthy development of relations between China and Solomon Islands.

Tanangada spoke highly of the significance of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and said that OUR Party will firmly uphold the One-China principle and is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with the CPC to promote the development of relations between the two countries and better benefit the two peoples.
