Beijing, May 18th—Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today with Dante Delgado Rannauro, National Coordinator of the Citizens' Movement of Mexico.

Shen spoke positively of the development of China-Mexico relations since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 50 years ago. She said, the CPC attaches great importance to developing friendly cooperation with the Citizens' Movement of Mexico, and is willing to further deepen experience exchanges in Party and state governance, and push China-Mexico relations to new highs in the new era through inter-party exchanges. She also emphatically introduced China’s vivid practices of developing whole-process people’s democracy since the 18th CPC National Congress, together with the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee.

Delgado highly appreciated the CPC’s achievements and historical experience over the past century, and spoke positively of China’s great significance for the economic and social development of Mexico and other Latin American countries. He said, the Citizens' Movement of Mexico is ready to further intensify friendly exchanges with the CPC and continuously deepen Mexico-China cooperation in various areas.
