Qian spoke highly of the relations between the two Parties and two countries and expressed the CPC's willingness to further deepen exchanges with the New Azerbaijan Party and take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as an opportunity to promote China-Azerbaijan relations and bilateral cooperation in various fields for more achievements, so as to benefit the two countries and peoples. Qian also introduced the significance of the 20th CPC National Congress to be held in the second half of this year.
