Qian Hongshan Holds a Video Call with Dmitry Novikov, Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee

Beijing, July 26th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Dmitry Novikov, Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee and First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of Russia. Qian spoke positively of the new progress of the relations between the two Parties and two countries, and mainly introduced the fourth volume of “Xi Jinping: The Governance of China” and the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress. He said, the CPC is willing to, together with the CPRF, deepen friendly exchanges, implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, and actively contribute to the constant development of China-Russia relations in the new era and the benefit of the two peoples. Novikov admired the huge achievements in all areas of the Chinese people, who have been united and led by the CPC, and wished the 20th CPC National Congress a success.
