Beijing, July 27th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Vlad Batrincea, the executive secretary of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova and deputy speaker of the Moldovan Parliament. Qian spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties, and said the CPC is willing to continue to maintain friendly exchanges with the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova to contribute to the development of China-Moldova relations. Qian introduced relevant information of the fourth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" and introduced the great significance of the 20th CPC National Congress to be held in the second half of the year.
