Chen spoke positively of the exchanges and cooperation between the CPC and the left-wing political parties of South Asia under the new circumstances, introduced the great significance of the 20th CPC National Congress to be held later this year, shared his expressions of the fourth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China", and introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era from different perspectives. He said, the CPC is willing to work with left-wing political parties of South Asia to stay committed to mutual learning, open development, and common security, so as to make new contributions to promoting international fairness and justice and building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Nepal and other foreign representatives wished the 20th CPC National Congress a complete success, applauded the theoretical contributions, practical enlightenment and world significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, and thanked the IDCPC for the active support for the exchanges and mutual learning among left-wing forces in the region. They expressed the willingness to work with the CPC to further strengthen practical cooperation and theory discussions, facilitate regional development and stability and push the progress of mankind.
