Liu said, China and Cambodia are a community with a shared future. Under the personal guidance and promotion of General Secretary Xi Jinping and CPP's President Samdech Techo Hun Sen, both countries have witnessed the continuous deepening of exchanges and cooperation between the CPC and the CPP, high-level development of China-Cambodia comprehensive strategic cooperation, and in-depth progress of the building of China-Cambodia community with a shared future. China-Cambodia relations have entered the best period in history. The Chinese side is ready to take the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries next year as an opportunity, take the important consensus of the leaders of our two Parties and countries as guidance, work with the Cambodian side to carry forward our traditional friendship, expand and deepen practical exchanges and cooperation, and push the building of China-Cambodia community with a shared future to new highs.

Liu stressed, China-Cambodia relationship is characterized by supporting each other on respective core interests. The Chinese side praises the Cambodian side for firmly adhering to the one-China principle, and always resolutely supporting the Chinese side on issues regarding China's core interests. China will lend firm support to Cambodia in safeguarding national sovereignty and national dignity and following a path that suited to Cambodia's national conditions as always. China will continue to provide Cambodia with assistance within its capacity, to help Cambodia develop economy and improve people's livelihood.

Suos Yara said, Cambodia and China are "ironclad" friends and trustworthy strategic partners. The Cambodia-China community with a shared future is unbreakable. In recent years, leaders of both Parties and both countries have maintained close communication and exchanges through various forms. Both sides have achieved fruitful results in areas such as political mutual trust, economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people and cultural engagement. Cambodia-China relations have maintained sound development momentum. The Cambodian side is willing to work with the Chinese side to firmly grasp the right direction of the development of Cambodia-China relations, consolidate our traditional friendship, and constantly push comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries for new achievements.

Suos Yara noted, the Cambodian side thanks the Chinese side for the great support for its economic development and improvement of people's livelihood over a long period of time. It is worth noting that China has always lent great support to Cambodia immediately when Cambodia was in need of help, providing a strong backing for Cambodia. The Cambodian side agrees to, supports and actively responds to the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It is willing to, together with the Chinese side, strengthen communication and cooperation on international and regional affairs and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability. The Cambodian side resolutely follows the one-China principle, and firmly supports China's principled positions. This will never change, no matter how the international landscape evolves.

Both sides reached important consensus on further strengthening communication and cooperation between the two Parties. Both sides expressed we must continue to intensify high-level exchanges and exchanges of all levels between the two Parties, reinforce communication and exchanges between counterpart departments, deepen experience exchange and mutual learning in state governance and party building and cooperation in cadre training, promote practical cooperation in various areas between the two countries for more results, strengthen dialogue platforms for multilateral political parties and communication and coordination on international and regional affairs, and push the building of China-Cambodia community with a shared future to higher levels. The Cambodian side spoke highly of the great development achievements in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and wished the 20th CPC National Congress a complete success.
