Beijing, August 30th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, held a video call here today on the afternoon with Constantin Staris, Secretary of the Central Committee of Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova. Speaking positively of the relations between the two Parties, Qian said that the CPC is willing to work with the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova to constantly enhance traditional friendship and exchanges to contribute to the development of China-Moldova relations. Qian briefed the Moldovan side on the fourth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China", and introduced the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress.
