Liu spoke positively of Denisov’s significant contributions to promoting China-Russia relations and inter-party communication and cooperation between China and Russia during his tenure, which nearly lasts for past 10 years. Liu said that the past decade has witnessed the most remarkable development in China-Russia relations. Under the guidance and promotion of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, China and Russia have made a series of important progress and achievements in bilateral relations, which not only benefit China and Russia and the two peoples, but also provide a positive force for global security as the world is undergoing turbulence and transformations. The CPC is ready to work with all political parties of Russia to deepen exchanges, strengthen experience exchange and mutual learning in party building and state governance and administration, firmly support and safeguard each other’s core interests, facilitate practical cooperation between China and Russia in various fields, and work unremittingly to cement the political foundation of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era and boost peace, stability, and prosperity of the world.

Denisov reviewed his working experience in China. He said that in the past 10 years, he witnessed tremendous achievements in China's development, and saw Russia-China relations enter a new era with remarkable progress. Denisov said that after returning to Russia, he will continue to advance communication and cooperation between all political parties of Russia and the CPC, thus facilitating the constant development of Russia-China relations. He wished the 20th CPC National Congress a complete success.
