Shen introduced the development achievements China has made in the new era and the active role played by the youth. She said that under the new situation, young people from China and the LAC countries should bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times, express the voice of youth, inject the power of youth to safeguard international fairness and justice and promote world peace and development, and build a bridge to promote win-win cooperation, civilization exchanges and mutual learning between China and the LAC countries, to jointly create a better future for China-LAC relations.

Li briefed on the exemplary role played by young people from all walks of life in Beijing in the construction of the capital under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, and expressed that the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League is willing to actively participate in the exchanges of youth between China and the LAC countries and deepen China-LAC friendship and friendly cooperation.

Cariola wished the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress, and spoke highly of the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Cariola called on the youth of China and the LAC countries to strive for it through solidarity and cooperation, build a better world, and continue to promote cooperation between China and the LAC countries in various fields, to achieve common development.
