Qian positively spoke of Baktygulova's contributions to promoting bilateral relations and inter-party exchanges during her tenure. Qian said, the CPC is willing to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with major political parties in Kyrgyzstan and jointly promote the in-depth development of the China-Kyrgyzstan comprehensive strategic partnership. Qian introduced the significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress and presented the fourth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" to Baktygulova.

Recalling her work experience in China, Baktygulova said, Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to developing bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields, including exchanges between the political parties of both countries, and she will continue to contribute to the development of bilateral relations after returning to Kyrgyzstan.
