Beijing, September 20th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here today on the morning the opening ceremony of the webinar for cadres of the Cambodian People's Party. Sam Neary, Vice-Chairman of the Commission for International Relations of the Cambodian People's Party Central Committee, was present. Speaking highly of the relations between the two Parties and countries, both sides stressed the need to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties, jointly enhance governance capacity and level, and contribute to the building of China-Cambodia community with a shared future. Guo also introduced the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress.
