Beijing, September 27th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee，met here today on the morning with Jürg Burri, newly-appointed Swiss Ambassador to China at request. Qian congratulated Jürg Burri on his new post in China, spoke positively of the relations between the two countries and inter-party exchanges. Qian said, the CPC is ready to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with political parties of Switzerland, and jointly push China-Switzerland relations. Qian also introduced the relevant situation of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress.
