Guo Yezhou Attends the Closing Ceremony of the Webinar for Cadres of the CPV

Beijing, September 30th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended and addressed here today the closing ceremony of the webinar for cadres of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Guo said, China and Vietnam are friendly neighboring countries linked by mountains and rivers, and a community with a shared future that has strategic significance. Both sides need to implement the important consensus of the top leaders of the two Parties, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, and jointly push China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for constant, healthy and stable development. Guo also introduced the main situation and the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress. Pham Quoc Hung, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam, attended the function. He said in his speech that the Vietnamese side is willing to strengthen exchange and mutual learning with the Chinese side, and contribute wisdom and strength to promoting the socialist causes of China and Vietnam.
