Qian spoke positively of the relations between China and Poland and results of cooperation in various areas. He said both sides should work together to implement the important consensus of the two heads of state, and promote China-Poland comprehensive strategic partnership for in-depth development. Qian introduced the great significance of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress.

Wojciech Zajaczkowski congratulated the Chinese side on the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, saying that the 20th CPC National Congress will help push the future development of China, boost global economic recovery and safeguard world peace and stability. The Polish side attaches great importance to developing the relations with China, and hopes to intensify high-level exchanges and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in all fields between the two countries.
