Shen thanked the political parties of Arab states for their active participation, and recognized the great significance of and broad consensus reached at the dialogue. She said, the CPC is willing to strengthen strategic communication with political parties, political organizations, media and think tanks in Arab states, intensify the exchange of experience in state governance and administration, explore development paths that suit our own national conditions, give play to the role of "political party +", promote the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and intensify youth exchanges, to make unremitting efforts to build a China-Arab community with a shared future in the new era and realize the great national rejuvenation of Chinese and Arab nations.

Ding Jun, Director of the Middle East Studies Institute of Shanghai International Studies University, Wu Bingbing, Director of Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Peking University, Sun Degang, Director of Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Fudan University, and Wang Guangda, Executive Director of the China-Arab Research Center on Reform and Development had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the Arab side centering on topics such as continuing the traditional friendship between China and Arab states, strengthening cultural exchanges and building a China-Arab community with a shared future in the new era.

Mahdi Dakhlallah, member of the central leadership of Syria’s al-Baath Party, Bassam Al-Salhi, the Secretary-General of the Palestinian People’s Party, Ahmad El Hariri, the Secretary-General of Lebanon’s Future Movement, Chafic Choucair, researcher of Al Jazeera Centre for Studies of Qatar and other Arab leaders of political parties and representatives of think tanks and media attended and addressed the event. The Arab side warmly congratulated on the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress and Comrade Xi Jinping’s election as General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee. They spoke positively of the important role of the 3rd China-Arab States Political Parties Dialogue, and expressed that the Arab side is willing to further deepen exchanges and mutual learning with the CPC, promote cooperation in the Belt and Road Initiative and other fields, lift the Arab-China strategic partnership, and join hands to build a Arab-China community with a shared future in the new era.
