Liu said, the 20th CPC National Congress was successfully held recently, and many leaders of Arab countries sent congratulatory messages to the congress, fully expressing their friendly feelings towards the CPC. The 20th CPC National Congress showed the world that no matter how the international situation changes, China will insist on following the Chinese path to modernization based on China's national conditions, adhere to a people-centered philosophy of development, and continue to make new contributions to the peaceful development of the world and the progress of human civilization. For a long time, Arab countries have been exploring the path to achieve modernization conforming to Islamic civilization and Arab national characteristics. I firmly believe that more and more Arab countries will embark on a development path that suits their own national conditions.

Liu Jianchao said, General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Arab leaders jointly proposed the establishment of China-Arab strategic partnership, which charted the course for the development of China-Arab relations. The CPC is willing to strengthen experience exchanges in state governance and administration with the Arab political parties and promote cooperation in investment, innovation, energy, health care and other fields through the platform of inter-party exchanges. We hope that the two sides will continue to firmly support each other on issues related to each other's core interests and major concerns, jointly safeguard international fairness and justice, promote the common values of humanity, and inject strong impetus into the building of a China-Arab community with a shared future.

The Arab political heavyweights and diplomatic envoys to China warmly congratulated on the success of the 20th CPC National Congress and believed that the election of General Secretary Xi Jinping fully demonstrates the high-level support and trust of the CPC and the Chinese people in him, and that the CPC will continue to lead China to greater prosperity and achieve the goal of national rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Arab side is willing to respond positively to the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative proposed by the Chinese side, and spoke positively of the constructive role played by the Chinese side in maintaining security in the Middle East. Arab political parties are willing to strengthen friendly relations with the CPC, learn from China's experience in party building and state governance, and will continue to support China's position on issues related to Xinjiang, the Taiwan question and other issues, promote practical cooperation in the Belt and Road Initiative and other fields, and join hands to build an Arab-China community with a shared future in the new era.

Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, presided over the dialogue.
