The congress has put forth the central task of the CPC on the new journey of the new era, and proposed comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization. Chinese modernization will boost the process of world modernization and expand the path for human beings to realize modernization. China will persist in promoting high-quality development and high-level opening up, and create more opportunities for the world through its own development. China will uphold the common values of mankind, practice true multilateralism, and firmly support and help developing countries to accelerate their development. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with political parties and political organizations of all countries, and carry out in-depth exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, so as to establish a new type of political-party relationship to help build a new type of international relations, and jointly promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Yin briefed on the prospect of China’s economic development and a vision for China’s development in the next five years or an even longer period set out in the 20th CPC National Congress’s plan. Yin said, the 20th CPC National Congress has clarified the “two-step” strategic arrangement for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects, emphasizing that high-quality development is the primary task of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. We must fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy, continue reforms to develop the socialist market economy,  promote high-standard opening up, and accelerate efforts to foster a new pattern of development that is focused on the domestic economy and features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows.

The “two establishments” have become a high degree of consensus and common will of the whole party, the entire military, and people of all ethnic groups in the country, and they are the greatest certainty, the greatest source of confidence, and the greatest guarantee of the CPC to deal with all uncertainties.
