Liu said, in the current world with accelerated changes unseen in a century, mankind's development faces challenges and hope. The blue print drawn by the 20th CPC National Congress put forth the mission and task of the CPC on the new journey in the new era. It shows that China will remain committed to the fundamental national policy of opening up to the outside world, constantly provide new opportunities for the world through China's new development, and better benefit people of all countries. The CPC will combine China's development with the world's development, and integrate the fundamental interests of the Chinese people with the common interests of the people of the world. The CPC will, together with the international community, strive for peace and oppose war, strive for development and fight against poverty, stay united and combat separation, promote cooperation and resist confrontation, facilitate inclusiveness and stop exclusiveness, work for integration and eradicate estrangement. The CPC has always attached importance to maintaining dialogues and communication with foreign political parties, and actively learnt and absorbed the achievements of all outstanding civilizations of mankind. The CPC is ready to work with political parties and political organizations of all countries to strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, jointly explore ways to modernization, accelerate the building of a new development paradigm, inject stronger development impetus into global economy, and constantly work for the in-depth and steady development of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Liu said, the forum and mechanisms such as the Silk Road Think Tank Association launched by China Center for Contemporary World Studies established a dialogue platform for friendly personages of all countries who care about China and the CPC to learn from each other, build consensus, and march towards the future. The CPC is willing to work with all sides to make good use of the aforementioned platforms and mechanisms, strengthen think tank cooperation, promote people-to-people and cultural exchanges, hone our wills, enhance friendship, carry forward the common value of mankind and contribute wisdom to promoting development of all countries and the mankind.

The foreign political heavyweights present said the decisions put forth in the 20th CPC National Congress are vital for China and the world at large. They said, in nearly ten years, under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping, China has made an economic miracle and has made important contributions to global development and stability. At present, the Chinese side is working to push high-quality development, focusing on scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation, and making new opportunities for deepening international cooperation. The world is going through structural transformation. All countries face common challenges such as climate change, food and energy crisis. The significant initiatives put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, such as building a community with a shared future for mankind, the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative have provided important solutions to the problems of the world.
