The CPC is willing to develop friendly relations with Democratic Party of Libya, consolidate political mutual trust, deepen ideological exchanges, and strengthen media cooperation, so as to promote the comprehensive development of China-Libya relations. He also briefed on the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the theory of a Chinese path to modernization.
