Chen congratulated PT on winning the election and coming back to power again and spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries. He said, the CPC is willing to deepen exchanges and mutual learning with PT, work together to address common challenges, promote construction of respective Parties and development and progress of respective countries in the new era, in a bid to promote greater development of the China-Brazil comprehensive strategic partnership.

Pereira said, the PT is willing to take its coming back to power again as an opportunity to further enhance friendly exchanges with the CPC, learn experience of state governance and administration from the CPC in an in-depth manner, promote the development and prosperity of Brazil, and push China-Brazil cooperation in all areas to new levels.
