Guo Yezhou Attends the Opening Ceremony of the Webinar for Senior Cadres of the CPV

Beijing, March 10th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended and addressed here today the opening ceremony of the webinar for senior cadres of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). Guo said, the Chinese side will work with the Vietnamese side to unswervingly implement the important consensus reached by the general secretaries of the two Parties, give play to the political leading role of inter-party exchanges, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, and support both sides in enhancing respective governance capabilities and exploring paths to socialist modernization that suit the realities of each country. Guo also briefed the Vietnamese side on the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the ongoing two sessions. Le Hai Binh, Alternate Member of the CPV Central Committee and Deputy Head of the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education, said in his speech that the Vietnamese side will coordinate closely with the Chinese side to act on the significant consensus of the top leaders of the two Parties, strengthen high-level strategic communication between the two Parties, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and push for sustained, healthy and stable development of Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
