Liu said, this year marks the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Belt and Road Initiative and the 10th anniversary of the launch of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Pakistani side to enhance the quality and efficiency of cooperation on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and better promote the economic and social development of both countries. Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the Global Civilization Initiative, which is the Chinese side's another significant public product for the international community after the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative. It enriches and expands the practical path to building a community with a shared future for mankind. The Chinese side is ready to work with the Pakistani side to promote the implementation of the Global Civilization Initiative.

Liu congratulated Mushahid on his election as the Co-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties and expressed the CPC's willingness to strengthen cooperation with Asian political parties and organizations, promote solidarity among Asian political parties, address challenges together, and advance regional peace and development.

Mushahid spoke highly of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Global Civilization Initiative proposed at the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting. He praised China's efforts in promoting a historic reconciliation between Iran and Saudi Arabia. Mushahid hoped to strengthen cooperation with the CPC and push the International Conference of Asian Political Parties for constant development. He emphasized the unbreakable friendship between Pakistan and China, and all Pakistani political parties are good friends of China. The Pakistani side is willing to make better use of the platforms such as the Friends of Silk Road Club to seek broader support for the Belt and Road Initiative, contributing to the progress and prosperity of Asia and the world.
