Li spoke positively of the relationship between the two Parties and China and Venezuela. He said, the CPC is willing to strengthen strategic communication with United Socialist Party of Venezuela, deepen exchanges and mutual learning, jointly implement the consensus of the two heads of state, and promote China-Venezuela comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level of development.

Mervin Enrique Maldonado Urdaneta, Sectoral Vice-President for Social and Territorial Socialism of Venezuela thanked the Chinese side for its support and assistance to Venezuela in defending national sovereignty, economic and social development, and fighting the epidemic. He said that United Socialist Party of Venezuela is willing to learn governing experience from the CPC and promote Venezuela's "new period of moving smoothly towards socialism" for achievements.
