Liu thanked Dhaheri for his significant contributions to deepening friendship and cooperation between China and the UAE during his tenure. Under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and UAE's President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, China-UAE relations have maintained a high level of development. The Chinese side is willing to work with the UAE side to implement important consensuses reached by the top leaders of both countries, strengthen experience exchanges on state governance and administration, enhance political mutual trust, policy coordination and practical cooperation, promote development of relations between China and Arab countries, and contribute to regional peace and stability.

Dhaheri said that China's economic and social development has achieved outstanding achievements and China's sense of responsibility as a major country on the international stage is admirable. Dhaheri said that during his tenure in China, he has deeply felt the warmth and friendliness of the Chinese people. The friendship and cooperation between the UAE and China have achieved fruitful results, and the relationship between the two countries has entered and will continue to embrace a "golden era." He thanked the International Department of the CPC Central Committee for playing an important role in promoting UAE-China friendly relations. The UAE side hopes to strengthen the integration of development strategies with the Chinese side, expand cooperation in economy, trade, people-to-people and cultural exchanges, tourism, and other areas, so as to push bilateral relations for greater development.
