Li spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries. He also introduced the CPC's efforts in the themed education campaign on learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and expressed the Chinese side's willingness to work with the Tanzanian side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the two Parties, and promote the development of China-Tanzania relations.

Chongolo said that the friendship between Tanzania and China has withstood the test of time, and is getting stronger. The Tanzanian side is willing to deepen exchange of experience in state governance and administration with the Chinese side, promote bilateral cooperation in various fields, and benefit the people of both countries. The Tanzanian side will continue to firmly adhere to the One China principle.
