Zhu spoke highly of China-Iran relations, stating that under the guidance of the top leaders of the two countries, China and Iran have established a comprehensive strategic partnership and signed a comprehensive cooperation plan for the next 25 years. The two countries have maintained sound communication and coordination on international and regional affairs. The IDCPC values its exchanges and cooperation with the Expediency Discernment Council, and is willing to enhance the experience exchange in state governance between China and Iran through inter-party channels, strengthen communication and coordination on international affairs, promote the Belt and Road cooperation, and further advance the development of bilateral relations. Zhu also introduced Chinese modernization and the Global Civilization Initiative.

Zolghadr noted that Iran and China, as ancient civilizations, share a long-standing traditional friendship. The Iranian side attaches great importance to developing relations with China and lauds the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping. The Iranian side is willing to actively participate in the Belt and Road Initiative, continually strengthen political mutual trust with the Chinese side, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, and make new and greater contributions to upholding international fairness and justice and promoting world peace and development.
