Qian spoke positively of China-Armenia relations and inter-party exchanges, saying that the CPC is willing to continue to carry out friendly exchanges and deepen cooperation with major political parties of Armenia, including the Civil Contract Party, to promote the constant development of China-Armenia relations.

Abrahamyan spoke highly of China's great achievements and the CPC's leadership in the past ten years of the new era. He expressed, the Armenian side is willing to further strengthen exchanges between the ruling parties of the two countries and continuously deepen the mutually beneficial cooperation between both countries in various fields under the framework of the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
