Guo said, China and Vietnam are closely interdependent neighbors and good friends linked by mountains and rivers. Our two countries are good comrades and good partners sharing the same ideal and destiny, and a community with a shared future dedicated to the cause of human peace and progress. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the establishment of China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to follow the strategic direction set by the top leaders of our two Parties, consolidate traditional friendship, strengthen unity and cooperation, and continuously push China-Vietnam relations to new heights in the new era.

Guo introduced the latest achievements of the CPC's theoretical innovations and thematic education campaign on learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era. He expressed that the CPC is willing to, together with the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), continue to deepen theoretical research and innovation cooperation, and strengthen exchanges between the two Parties' newspapers, periodicals, and theoretical research institutions, so as to provide intellectual support for the socialist construction of the two countries.

Vu Trong Lam spoke highly of the Chinese side's achievements in learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and promoting high-quality development by applying the CPC's theoretical innovations. He said, the Vietnamese side is ready to work with the Chinese side to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, advance cooperation in theoretical research, press and other areas, and further strengthen and deepen China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in the new era.
