The CPC and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation share common beliefs and pursuits, and the exchanges between the two Parties have played a unique role in consolidating political and strategic mutual trust between China and Russia and in promoting the continuous development of China-Russia relations. The CPC is willing to work with the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen theoretical exchanges and discussions between the two Parties, jointly promote the adaptation of Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times, enhance exchanges at all levels and in various fields between the two Parties, including strengthening media communication and cooperation, and make new efforts to promote the development of bilateral relations and benefit the people of both countries.
