Highly admiring the remarkable achievements China has made under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping in poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, and other areas, the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) highly appreciates China's important role in upholding world peace and stability by upholding the principle of fairness and justice, and supports the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. General Secretary Xi Jinping's state visit to Nepal in 2019 carries milestone significance for the development of Nepal-China relations. The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) looks forward to intensifying high-level exchanges with the CPC, enhancing institutionalized exchanges in party building, theory, and other aspects, promoting the Belt and Road cooperation, and advancing practical cooperation in economy, trade, education, culture, and other fields, so as to promote the new development of Nepal-China relations and the development of the socialist cause. The Nepali side firmly adheres to the one-China principle and will not allow any force to use Nepal's territory for anti-China activities.
