Qian spoke positively of China-Africa relations and inter-party exchanges, and introduced CPC's experience and practices in youth, women's work, and food security. He stressed that the Chinese side is willing to, together with Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic, the African National Congress (ANC) of South Africa, the South African Communist Party (SACP), SWAPO Party of Namibia and Chama Cha Mapinduzi Party of Tanzania, further deepen exchanges and mutual learning and practical cooperation between Chinese and African political parties and youths, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, and jointly tell well the stories about China, Africa, and China-Africa friendship in the new era.

Young cadres of political parties in Africa praised the achievements made by the CPC and China, thanked the Chinese side for providing the opportunity to study and exchange in China, and expressed their willingness to continue to deepen exchanges with the Chinese side in party building and state governance, carry forward China-Africa friendship, and consolidate the foundation for the continuous development of China-Africa relations.
