Liu said, in March this year, President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to Russia, during which he and President Vladimir Putin comprehensively planned deepening bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields, and further improved bilateral relations. The Chinese side welcomes the high-level delegation of A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party, and attaches importance to strengthening institutionalized exchanges between the CPC and A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party, so as to well implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state. It is hoped that the two sides will take this visit as an opportunity to deepen ideological and theoretical exchanges, strengthen cooperation between legislatures, and jointly ensure the success of the 10th China-Russia small and medium-sized enterprise cooperation roundtable conference, so as to promote the docking of the development strategies of our two countries, benefit the two peoples, and promote the relations between the two Parties and the two countries for high-level development.

Liu said, at present, the CPC is uniting and leading all people across China to comprehensively build China into a stronger country and achieve national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization. The relations between China and Russia, two major countries in the world and permanent members of the UN Security Council, go beyond the scope of bilateral relations and have become an important guarantee for maintaining world peace and stability. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Russian side to strengthen international cooperation among political parties within multilateral frameworks such as BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), jointly safeguard the basic norms of international relations based on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, strive to implement the three major global initiatives, and champion international fairness and justice, promote greater democracy in international relations, and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Mironov said, the Russian side attaches great importance to Russia-China relations, maintains close high-level exchanges with the Chinese side, and believes that the relations between the two countries carry great significance to world peace and development. The Russian side is willing to work with the Chinese side to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, consolidate high-level political mutual trust, and continuously promote bilateral cooperation for new results. During this visit, they visited the Museum of the Communist Party of China, and were encouraged by the great development achievements the CPC has made in the past century.

A Just Russia-Patriots-For Truth party is willing to, together with the CPC, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, and deepen mutual understanding and trust. They look forward to co-hosting the 10th Russia-China small and medium-sized enterprise cooperation roundtable conference, propelling practical cooperation between the two countries through inter-party channels, and serving the economic and social development of the two countries. The Russian side highly appreciates China's objective and fair stance in international affairs, and is willing to work with the Chinese side to strengthen coordination on the international stage, reinforce multilateral cooperation between political parties, oppose hegemonism and unilateralism, and jointly promote the construction of a prosperous, stable, fair and just world.
