Sincerity, friendship, mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual support have become the distinctive features of China-Madagascar comprehensive cooperative partnership. This year marks the start of another 50 years for diplomatic relations between China and Madagascar. The IDCPC is willing to give full play to the unique advantages of inter-party channels, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning between the ruling parties of the two countries, promote practical cooperation between the two countries, facilitate the implementation of the outcomes of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and jointly push respective development and modernization processes. We are willing to strengthen international cooperation with the Madagascan side, support the Madagascan side in continuously playing a unique role in multilateral affairs, and jointly safeguard the interests of developing countries.

Liu said, at present, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, China is promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-round way through Chinese modernization. Recalling her successful visit to China not long ago, Sylla said the CPC led China to achieve great development achievements and called the profound Chinese civilization extraordinary. The Madagascan side firmly adheres to the one-China principle, attaches great importance to strengthening strategic communication between the two countries, and hopes to strengthen institutionalized exchanges with the Chinese side, learn experience in state governance and administration and excellent traditional cultural concepts from China, so as to push bilateral relations for greater development.
