Liu said,currently, the relations between the two Parties and the two countries maintain a sound momentum of development. This is attributed to the leadership and guidance of the top leaders of the two Parties and is also the result of the joint efforts of the two Parties, the two countries and the two peoples. In the face of the turbulent, complex and ever-changing international situation, both China and Vietnam are facing many common risks and challenges, whether it is their respective development or the relations between the two Parties and the two countries. The IDCPC is willing to work with the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations to focus on implementing the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties, keep in mind the original mission, consolidate political mutual trust, strengthen unity and cooperation, jointly respond to challenges, and safeguard the socialist cause of the two countries and the overall situation of China-Vietnam friendship, so as to promote China-Vietnam relations towards the goal of building a community with a shared future.

Liu noted, the CPC and the CPV should give full play to the political leadership role in China-Vietnam relations, consolidate and deepen the all-round, wide-ranging, and multi-level exchange pattern between the two Parties, strengthen high-level strategic communication, implement the cooperation plan and the cadre training cooperation plan between the two Parties, deepen mutual learning of theories and practical experiences in state governance and administration, give full play to the effectiveness of the "political party +" exchange model, and enrich and enhance the connotation and effectiveness of exchanges between the two Parties.

Speaking highly of China's great achievements in the past ten years since it entered the new era, Le Hoai Trung believed that under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, Chinese comrades will certainly achieve the second centenary goal. The Vietnamese side firmly supports the socialist China in growing stronger and making greater contributions to the development of the world and the region. The Vietnamese side insists on giving top priority to developing its relations with China. Speaking highly of the sound momentum of bilateral relations since General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's visit to China, the Vietnamese side is ready to work with the Chinese side to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and continuously give full play to the strategic relationship between the two Parties. Efforts should be made to strengthen high-level exchanges, theoretical discussions, cadre training and other fields between the two Parties, and carry forward the tradition of cooperation between the two Parties’ external departments, so as tobringVietnam-China relations to new heights.

Le Hoai Trung said, the Vietnamese side appreciates the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, actively supports the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with the Chinese side on international and regional affairs, and jointly commit to world and regional peace, cooperation, and development.
