Liu said, General Secretary Xi Jinping, with an appreciation of the general trend of the development of the times and the future of mankind, proposed the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind. Liu emphasized that in the new era and on the new journey, the Chinese side is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to follow the guidelines of developing a future-oriented relationship featuring long-term stability, good-neighborliness and all-round cooperation, and the spirit of staying as good neighbors, friends, comrades and partners, focus on the implementation of the important consensus reached by the general secretaries of the two Parties, strengthen high-level exchanges, enhance political mutual trust, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote people-to-people and cultural exchanges. He called on both sides to properly handle relevant issues, take concrete steps towards the goal of jointly building a China-Vietnam community with a shared future, promote the implementation of the three major global initiatives in the region and the world, and work together for a future featuring win-win results, shared benefits, development, prosperity, health, security, mutual respect and mutual learning.

The Vietnamese side said, as socialist countries led by communist parties, the two sides should take the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership as an opportunity to strengthen high-level exchanges, deepen exchanges and mutual learning in state governance and administration, firmly establish a common direction of progress, solve the problems of the times, and promote the causes of socialism of our two countries for continuous development.

The Vietnamese side said, faced with the complex and changing international situation and emerging global crises at present, countries around the world should strengthen unity and cooperation, and work together to meet challenges. We appreciate General Secretary Xi Jinping's concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and the three major global initiatives. We hope China will continue to play an important role in regional and international affairs and make greater contributions to regional and world peace, stability, prosperity and development.

On the same day, Liu led a CPC delegation to pay respect to the body of Ho Chi Minh.
