Li spoke positively of China-Kuwait relations, and made an in-depth introduction of the significance and rich connotations of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the three major global initiatives. He said, the Chinese side is willing to, together with the Kuwaiti side, jointly implement the important consensus of the leaders of the two countries, strengthen experience exchange in state governance and administration, and push China-Kuwait strategic partnership for steady and long-term development.

Hayat said, the Kuwaiti side highly appreciates the BRI and the three major global initiatives proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and is willing to strengthen strategic communication and mutually beneficial cooperation with the Chinese side to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
