Beijing, September 11th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Timothy P. Stratford, former Assistant United States Trade Representative and Chairman Emeritus of the American Chamber of Commerce in China at request. Both sides exchanged views on issues such as China-US relations and China-US economic and trade relations.
