Liu said, in recent years, under the strategic guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Thongloun Sisoulith, China and Laos have enjoyed strong development momentum of bilateral relations, and witnessed in-depth and tangible progress in the construction of China-Laos community with a shared future. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Lao side to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries. Guided by the action plan of the China-Laos community with a shared future, both sides need to take the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) as the main task, continue to strengthen political communication, deepen strategic integration, intensify international cooperation, and work together to build a high-standard, high-quality, and high-level China-Laos community with a shared future.

Liu said, the CPC is willing to, together with the LPRP, strengthen high-level strategic communication, deepen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, improve the quality and effectiveness of cadre training cooperation, and continuously improve respective capabilities and levels of party building, state governance and administration, so as to actively contribute to the development of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries and the building of China-Laos community with a shared future.

Thongsavang said, the　Lao　side speaks highly of and fully supports the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and the three major global initiatives proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. The Committee for External Relations of the LPRP Central Committee is ready to work with the IDCPC to coordinate closely, implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, actively negotiate the action plan of the Laos-China community with a shared future for the next five years, strengthen high-level exchanges, and practical cooperation in various areas such as theoretical seminars and cadre training with the CPC, jointly promote the continuous progress of the Laos-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and the construction of Laos-China community with a shared future, bring tangible benefits to the two peoples, and actively contribute to regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.

On the same day, Liu led a CPC delegation to Saysettha Development Zone and held discussions with representatives of Laos-China Railway Co., Ltd.
