Sun Haiyan Meets with a Delegation of Myanmar’s Political Parties

Beijing, September 14th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with a delegation of Myanmar’s political parties composed of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, the National Unity Party and the People's Pioneer Party. Sun noted, the CPC attaches importance to its friendly relations with Myanmar’s political parties, and is willing to further intensify bilateral exchanges, strengthen mutual learning, and play a positive role in advancing China-Myanmar relations and Myanmar’s development. Speaking highly of the CPC’s achievements in governing and rejuvenating the country, the Myanmar side expressed its hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, and looked forward to learning from the Chinese side's advanced experience to better promote Myanmar's transformation and development.
