Guo said, China and Vietnam are friendly socialist neighboring countries connected by mountains and rivers. The strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two Parties, especially the general secretaries of the two Parties, is the fundamental guarantee for the stable  development of China-Vietnam relations in the long term. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to implement the important consensus reached by the general secretaries of the two Parties, and promote the continuous development of China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in the new era, to better benefit the two countries and peoples. Guo also introduced China's economic and social development and efforts in comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline.

Ho said, the Vietnamese side spoke highly of the world-renowned achievements made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in uniting and leading the Chinese people in promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He said, the Vietnamese side has always attached great importance to and made the development of Vietnam-China relations a top priority in its foreign policy and is willing to strengthen cooperation with the Chinese side in various fields, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of state governance and administration, and promote relations between the two Parties and the two countries for new progress.
