Li spoke positively of China-Algeria relations and the Belt and Road cooperation between the two countries, and introduced the three major global initiatives in an in-depth manner. He said, the CPC attaches great importance to developing friendly relations with all parties in Algeria and is willing to work with the Algerian side to take the important consensus of the two heads of state as guidance, firmly support each other, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, promote practical cooperation, enhance people-to-people bonds, and promote China-Algeria comprehensive strategic partnership for greater development.

Messaoud said, the Algerian side highly appreciates the Belt and Road Initiative and the three major global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping, and is willing to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the Chinese side in various fields such as politics, economy, trade, investment, and people-to-people and cultural engagement to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
