Beijing, October 17th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today respectively with guests attending a thematic forum on people-to-people bonds of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, including Massimo D’Alema, former Prime Minister of Italy and President of Italianieuropei Foundation, Vito Rosario Petrocelli, Chairman of Italy BRICS Institute, a delegation of the Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party led by Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, former Prime Minister of Spain, the Belt and Road Delegation of French Experts led by Christophe Castaner, former Minister of the Interior, former leader of Renaissance Party of France and president of the supervisory board of the Grand Maritime Port of Marseille and Istvan Ujhelyi, Vice-Chair of the Tourism and Transport Committee of the European Parliament. They exchanged views on bilateral relations, China-EU relations, and international and regional hotspot issues.
