Liu said, in April this year, President Xi Jinping and visiting President Emmanuel Macron reached broad consensus on a series of important issues. Next year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. We are willing to work with the French side to thoroughly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, further deepen political mutual trust, strengthen practical cooperation in various fields, and promote the in-depth development of China-France comprehensive strategic partnership. The Chinese side supports the EU's strategic independence, hopes that Europe will stay stable and prosperous, and is committed to addressing mutual concerns with the EU side through dialogue and consultation. China hopes that the EU side will correctly handle the "de-risking" policy and change its decision on the anti-subsidy probe into Chinese electric vehicles. We are willing to work with the French side to oppose trade protectionism, adhere to multilateralism, promote economic globalization, and make positive contributions to the global response to climate change.

The CPC and Renaissance party, both ruling parties, must play a leading role in China-France relations and China-EU relations. It is hoped that the two Parties will intensify high-level exchanges of visits, strengthen dialogue, and communicate on respective party and national conditions, international issues of common concern, so as to enhance political mutual trust between the two Parties and two countries.

The political parties of the two countries should play a greater role in promoting bilateral and multilateral cooperation. The two sides also exchanged views on major-country relations, the Ukraine crisis, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and other international and regional issues of common concern.
