Beijing, October 21st—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Walter Baier, President of the Party of the European Left. Both sides exchanged views on such topics as developing the relations between the two Parties and China-Europe relations.
