International Department Central Committee of CPC

Beijing, October 24th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with a delegation from the Health Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPV) led by Tran Huy Dung, the Executive Deputy Director of the Health Commission of the CPV Central Committee.

Both sides positively evaluated the development momentum of China-Vietnam relations. Both sides are willing to implement the important consensus reached between General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, constantly enrich the exchanges between the two Parties, and promote the sustained, healthy and stable development of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in the new era. The two sides also exchanged views on healthcare and traditional medicine cooperation between China and Vietnam.
