Li spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries He said, the Chinese side is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to implement the important consensus reached by General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of party building, state governance and administration, and promote the continuous development of China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for continuous and new development.

Nguyen Hieu Nghia, head of the training session, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPV Vinh Long Provincial Committee, and head of the Organization Department of the CPV Vinh Long Provincial Committee, spoke highly of the great development achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC, and expected to learn experience and practices in strengthening cadre management from the CPC.
