Liu said, in recent years, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Emomali Rahmon, China-Tajikistan relations have maintained rapid development. In May this year, the two heads of state jointly announced the establishment of a China-Tajikistan community with a shared future featuring everlasting friendship, solidarity, mutual support and mutual benefit, drawing a new grand blueprint for the development of China-Tajikistan relations. The CPC and the PDPT are both the ruling parties of respective countries. The CPC is willing to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen experience exchanges and mutual learning in party building and state governance, deepen strategic mutual trust, expand cooperation in youth, women and media, and consolidate the public opinion foundation for the relations between the two countries, and push the construction of China-Tajikistan community with a shared future.

Liu said, not long ago, the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was successfully held in Beijing. President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech, charting the course for the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Standing on the new starting point, the Chinese side is willing to integrate the BRI with Tajikistan's national development strategy and promote the in-depth development of China-Tajikistan practical cooperation. It is hoped that both sides will continue to strengthen cooperation under international and regional mechanisms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and China-Central Asia to safeguard the interests of developing countries and regional peace, development and prosperity.

Azizi said he was very happy to visit China and participate in the Global South Think Tanks Dialogue upon invitation. The Tajik side highly admires General Secretary Xi Jinping for adhering to the people-centered development philosophy, leading the Chinese people to promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and constantly making new achievements, which have provided useful reference for other countries' development, and played an important role in maintaining regional stability and security. He thanked the Chinese side for providing assistance for Tajikistan’s economic and social development and helping Tajikistan achieve sustainable development. The Tajik side sees carrying out cooperation with China as a priority direction of its foreign policy, believes that inter-party exchanges are an important part of bilateral relations, and is willing to, through inter-party channels, promote cooperation in cadre training, exchanges of visits between youth, as well as political parties and media cooperation, so as to promote the development of Tajikistan-China comprehensive strategic partnership.
